Contact Us Today!The owner and manager of Audiology Associates of Worcester, he was the Director of the Department of Audiology at UMass Memorial Medical Center from 2003-2012, and was a member of the Department of Audiology at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary from 1998-2002.
He is known by audiologists worldwide for his expertise in advanced audiological techniques, and has given invited lectures and seminars throughout the United States and 13 foreign countries. He has authored or co-authored several peer-reviewed articles and one textbook chapter. He resides in Littleton, MA, and is active with the First Congregational Church of Oxford. He enjoys hiking, is a season ticket holder for the Worcester Red Sox, and is a member of the New England Ringers handbell ensemble.
Dr. Dionne Russell joined the AAW team in the fall of 2024 after working for over fifteen years at the second largest ENT private practice in Massachusetts, ENT Specialists. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University in 2005 and earned her MA from University of Pittsburgh in 2008.
Melena Davenport, A.K.A. Mel, joined the AAW team in the summer of 2025. Mel is from New Smyrna Beach, FL and is a proud 2020 graduate of the University of Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and conducted research with the UF Speech Perception Lab where her research primarily focused on sound localization.
Paula Kwiatkowski, practice manager and with us for 7 years. She has had many years of office experience prior to joining our team. Her smile will welcome you upon your arrival. Whether scheduling your appointment, verifying your insurance or answering your questions, Paula is a reassuring voice for all of your needs. Paula is born and raised in Worcester and resides in Grafton with her husband. She enjoys spending time with her daughters and grandchildren and rooting for Boston sports teams.
